Thank you for completing your induction

  1. Check your spam folder. Sometimes the confirmation email can go to spam

  2. Are you using Gmail? Check your ‘Promotions’ Tab

  3. Check you spelt your email correctly - misspelled emails will stop your confirmation arriving.

  4. Some email servers / hosts such as Hotmail and BT can block this type of email confirmation. If you use one of these accounts, we recommend completing the induction again and use a different email.

  5. If you are still struggling, please use the chat function and we will help as fast as we can. Chat is only open during usual office hours
