Not had an email? Here are some things to check:
1 - check your spam folder. Sometimes the confirmation email can go to spam
2 - Are you using Gmail? Check your ‘Promotions’ Tab
3 - Check you spelt your email correctly - misspelled emails will stop your confirmation arriving.
4 - Some email servers / hosts such as Hotmail and BT can block this type of email confirmation. If you use one of these accounts, we recommend completing the induction again and use a different email.
