A confirmation email is on its way to the address you entered.

Have it ready on arrival

You'll be asked to show your confirmation email, or your digital pass where one has been issued, before you're allowed on site.

Signal can be poor on site, so save a screenshot or download the email to your phone before you travel.

If the email hasn't arrived

  1. Give it 10 minutes — confirmations can take a short while to come through.
  2. Check your junk or spam folder, and search your inbox for "induction".
  3. Check the email address you entered was correct. If it wasn't, complete the induction again with the right address.
  4. Still nothing? Get in touch — use the chat button on this page, or email client@ess-consultants.online — and we'll resend it.

Tell us your name, your company, roughly when you finished, and the project, production or event your induction was for. We run inductions for a lot of different sites, so we'll need that to find your record.
