It is important that everyone working on the tournament understands their part in ensuring a safe environment. 

Completion of the below inductions is MANDATORY at each venue for those working for RWC2025, or within RWC2025 controlled areas.

You must read through each applicable venue induction where you are working and access the form at the end to submit your details. A copy of the confirmation will need to be retained and evidenced

RWC2025 will hold records for all those completing the induction 

A sticker will be added to your pass to highlight completion of this induction and your approval to work (example below)

*those with a Set Up Pass will have it fixed directly to the pass | *those with a Tournament Accreditation will receive a supplementary Health and Safety induction pass to affix it to
